About the Role
You'll write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across a variety of marketing channels, including email, social, web, and paid media. You'll learn and apply the brand voice and tone across different touchpoints in the customer journey, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop creative work that supports the company's mission. You'll be the voice of the customer, leveraging consumer insights to inform your work, and you'll edit and refine your writing with a focus on brand voice, clarity, and consistency. You'll explore different creative approaches and contribute ideas during brainstorming and concept development, while staying curious about industry trends, culture, and the competitive landscape. You'll manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying collaborative, organized, and eager to learn, and you'll use emerging technologies like AI as a research and exploratory tool to inform your creative thinking.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of copywriting experience in-house or at an external agency
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into easy-to-understand messaging
- A portfolio showcasing strong writing skills and creative thinking across D2C marketing channels
- Basic understanding of key marketing channels
- Strong grasp of tone and ability to write with clarity, personality, and purpose
- Strong storytelling instincts
- Clear communication skills and strong curiosity
