About the Role
You will provide hands-on support for integrating, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining controls across AI training campuses. You will safely repair and recover cooling, electrical, and facility systems; wire and build industrial control panels; diagnose PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and industrial-network issues; and maintain records and work tickets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems in an industrial or critical-facility environment, or an associate's degree in a technical field
- Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel to other locations
- Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods, climb ladders, bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces
Responsibilities
- Support integration and commissioning of vendor and OEM equipment into BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and plant PLC systems
- Perform safe controls and electrical work within LOTO, arc-flash, interlock, and restart-verification requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair cooling, electrical, and facility control assets
- Wire, commission, validate, build, and maintain industrial control panels and field devices
- Diagnose PLCs, HMIs, alarms, sequences, I/O status, and logic behavior
- Set up, diagnose, replace, and validate sensors, instrumentation, and industrial networks
- Support controls for VFDs, pumps, valves, cooling plants, liquid-cooling loops, electrical distribution, and emergency shutdown systems
- Perform fault finding, root-cause support, and corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation, work tickets, and records
