About the Role
You will produce 2-4 videos per week independently, covering the main use-cases in Brazil at the moment, such as Travel, Wealth, Remote Work, and new products. You will generate the idea and script for each video, then produce the content independently with very high quality that feels dopaminic and organic rather than like an ad. You will handle all the editing of the video and its assets. You will stay on top of social media trends to generate new ideas and videos, and you will deliver premium-quality visuals, ideally drawing on a filmmaker or creator background. You will also collaborate with the performance marketing team to test and iterate on creative pieces.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating video content (e.g. Content creator, Filmmaker, etc.)
- A portfolio showcasing organic or branded content with high production value
- Creativity, agility, and ability to produce independently
- Understanding of Brazilian digital culture (trends, humor, language, etc.)
- Strong pre-production skills creating ideas and scripts
- Ability to produce high quality content independently
- Ability to execute different types of videos (UGC, Voice Over, Street Interviews, etc.)
- Great editing that feels high quality, dopaminic and aesthetically pleasing
- Ability to produce creative videos on a weekly basis
