Freename is seeking a Content and Copy Editor with more than three years of experience, strong SEO skills, and a passion for storytelling and emerging internet technologies. The role leads content production for organic and paid channels while aligning content with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Requirements
- More than three years of relevant experience.
- Strong SEO knowledge and content optimization skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
- Genuine interest in emerging internet technologies, Web3, and traditional internet products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly blog calendar with Social and Email teams.
- Research trending and niche topics with the SEO team.
- Write SEO-friendly blog posts with a storytelling tone.
- Refresh older posts, including keywords, metatags, and links.
- Proofread articles for external publications.
- Help the Email team create engaging content.
- Track trends and apply SEO and AI best practices.
- Report to the Head of SEO.
