About the Role

You will lead site security throughout construction and coordinate the delivery, testing, and commissioning of physical security systems. You will manage security risks, incident response, reporting, local stakeholder coordination, and the transition into operational security.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of physical security, data center security, construction security, critical infrastructure security, or related experience
  • Experience managing security programs for large-scale construction or critical infrastructure projects
  • Experience working with general contractors, construction managers, security integrators, and engineering organizations
  • Knowledge of CCTV, access control, biometrics, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and security communications
  • Project and program management skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction-site security
  • Manage access control, badging, visitor management, and contractor credentialing
  • Monitor security requirements and mitigate emerging risks
  • Coordinate physical security system design, installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Maintain security risk registers, documentation, and status reporting
  • Coordinate security incidents, investigations, escalations, and corrective actions
  • Develop local relationships with emergency services and relevant stakeholders
  • Establish operational security procedures and support operational team onboarding
