About the Role
You will support active construction sites through scheduling, coordination, documentation, vendor oversight, contractor communication, and project tracking. You will monitor progress, assist with inspections and cost tracking, maintain closeout records, and ensure safety practices and site protocols are followed.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant construction experience, ideally with exposure to critical facilities
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, procurement, and documentation
- Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
- Experience working with general contractors and trade partners
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
- Communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily construction-site activities, scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight
- Support project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews
- Monitor construction progress and escalate risks, delays, and quality concerns
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners
- Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, invoice reviews, and change-order reviews
- Maintain records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builts
- Follow safety practices and site protocols
