About the Role
Support construction activities across data center development and tenant improvement projects, including project tracking, contractor communications, inspections, budgeting, cost tracking, documentation, and site safety.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant construction experience
- Familiarity with construction scheduling, procurement, and documentation
- Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
- Experience working with general contractors and trade partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites
- Support project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews
- Monitor construction progress and identify risks, delays, or quality concerns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Participate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation
- Support budgeting and cost tracking, including invoice and change order reviews
- Maintain records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builts
- Ensure safety practices and site protocols are followed
