About the Role

Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects by supervising construction activities, direct hires, and subcontractors. Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet schedules, budgets, codes, quality standards, and project requirements while coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, logistics, and multiple project sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Understanding of industry codes and standards.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project details.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera, or similar construction management software.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors.
  • Ensure MEP systems are installed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with building codes.
  • Inspect materials, equipment, and construction deliveries.
  • Develop execution plans, schedules, and logistics.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning.
  • Travel to multiple project sites as needed, up to 30%.
