About the Role

You will evaluate client requirements, design configuration solutions, and translate needs into technical specifications. You will support new client implementations, corporate actions, and fee-for-service projects; analyze data; build test scenarios; investigate issues; and partner with project leaders on release work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3–4 years of Health and Welfare domain experience preferred
  • Configuration solution knowledge for implementation lifecycle conversion and testing
  • PLSQL, SQL, and MS Access experience
  • Ability to understand, write, and process complex SQL queries
  • Software development project lifecycle understanding
  • MS Office and JIRA experience

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client requirements against platform functionality and provide configuration design solutions
  • Translate client requirements into technical specifications
  • Partner with the Portfolio Leader or Program Manager on release goals and work
  • Define and analyze client requirement changes for annual enrollment and ongoing projects
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for client decisions
  • Identify business-requirement issues and recommend functional-solution modifications
  • Build unit and regression test scenarios
  • Perform root-cause analysis before and after code migrations
