About the Role
You will evaluate client requirements, design configuration solutions, and translate needs into technical specifications. You will support new client implementations, corporate actions, and fee-for-service projects; analyze data; build test scenarios; investigate issues; and partner with project leaders on release work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3–4 years of Health and Welfare domain experience preferred
- Configuration solution knowledge for implementation lifecycle conversion and testing
- PLSQL, SQL, and MS Access experience
- Ability to understand, write, and process complex SQL queries
- Software development project lifecycle understanding
- MS Office and JIRA experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client requirements against platform functionality and provide configuration design solutions
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications
- Partner with the Portfolio Leader or Program Manager on release goals and work
- Define and analyze client requirement changes for annual enrollment and ongoing projects
- Perform data analysis and reporting for client decisions
- Identify business-requirement issues and recommend functional-solution modifications
- Build unit and regression test scenarios
- Perform root-cause analysis before and after code migrations
