About the Role

You will support compliance activities by ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations (MiCAR, GDPR, DORA, AMLR, MiFID, PSD2) and by monitoring operational processes. You will maintain and update policies and procedures, identify and manage conflicts of interest, handle market abuse reporting (STOR) and complaints, and draft regulatory reports and feasibility analyses to support operations.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of crypto markets and blockchain
  • Knowledge of the EU regulatory framework for Crypto Asset Service Providers
  • Familiarity with MiCAR GDPR DORA AMLR MiFID and PSD2 and Regulation 2023/1114
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Compliance within Fintech or Crypto
  • Ability to engage with national and EU regulators and technical proficiency in English and Italian
  • Solution oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory and financial compliance with focus on MiCAR GDPR DORA and AMLR
  • Monitor operational processes and legislative requirements for CASP including MiFID and PSD2
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures and policies
  • Identify and manage conflicts of interest and execute compliance controls and reports
  • Monitor and manage market abuse reporting and related regulatory reporting
  • Support complaints handling and monitoring activities
  • Draft regulatory reports analyses and feasibility studies on national EU and international rules
