About the Role

You will design, build, and scale compliance programs and controls covering anti-bribery and corruption, investigations, conflicts of interest, and eComms surveillance. You will oversee surveillance operations, lead investigation intake and escalations, manage compliance workstreams, improve processes through AI and automation, report governance metrics, and guide team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in compliance, surveillance operations, or legal at a financial services, fintech, or crypto firm.
• Hands-on experience with eComms surveillance platforms.
• Deep proficiency in compliance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build and scale compliance programs in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to independently execute and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to identify complex compliance issues and develop practical, risk-based solutions.
• Experience developing team members.
• Strong written communication for case documentation, escalation reporting, and governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of scalable compliance programs and controls across anti-bribery and corruption, investigations, conflicts of interest, and eComms surveillance.
• Own and advance eComms surveillance controls, operational processes, and tool integrations.
• Monitor eComms surveillance coverage and performance, identify gaps, and escalate material issues.
• Lead investigation intake, triage, case documentation, and whistleblower report handling.
• Coordinate with Legal and HR on escalated conduct matters and cross-functional compliance projects.
• Lead conflicts-of-interest monitoring, maintain oversight of disclosures, and drive escalations to resolution.
• Identify and resolve complex compliance issues using practical, risk-based solutions.
• Manage policy drafts, program assessments, control builds, and gap analyses to completion.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation across compliance workflows.
• Own governance reporting, including KPI/KRI tracking and senior leadership updates.
• Develop and guide team members across compliance workflows, program operations, and platform tools.
