About the Role
You will manage components of the Compliance Management System and work across business lines to embed compliance controls in daily operations. You will conduct compliance risk assessments, oversee audits, manage policies, complaints, training, reporting, issue management, and marketing compliance. You will advise on product development, lead responses to regulatory examinations and partner reviews, and monitor regulatory updates to maintain effective policies and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related banking and financial services role.
- In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance best practices.
- Ability to analyze regulatory updates and translate them into actionable policies.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents for process automation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to regulatory changes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage components of the Compliance Management System and collaborate across business lines to ensure compliance.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and oversee internal audits to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.

- Oversee compliance policy governance across departments.
- Manage the complaint handling process and ensure timely, compliant resolutions.
- Maintain administrative oversight of compliance training through the learning management system.
- Track and maintain internal and external compliance reporting obligations.
- Lead responses to regulatory examinations, third-party audits, and bank partner reviews.
- Support and oversee the issue management process.
- Execute the marketing compliance program.
- Monitor, interpret, document, and communicate regulatory updates and adjust internal policies.
