About the Role
You will provide practical regulatory advice on institutional and professional client activities. You will review financial promotions support product and platform changes advise on client categorization onboarding and conduct requirements monitor regulatory developments and maintain records of approvals and advice. You will also conduct thematic reviews coach stakeholders and manage regulatory projects.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of compliance experience in financial services
- Strong experience advising a Prime institutional professional client or DMA desk
- Technical and regulatory expertise in COBS CASS MAR MiFID II and EMIR ReFIT
- Experience working with trading desks in fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of financial products
- Bachelor's degree in Law Business Finance Economics or a related field
- Integrity and high professional and ethical standards
- High-quality delivery accountability and urgency

- Clear communication and stakeholder management
- Constructive collaboration and confident challenge

Responsibilities
- Provide regulatory advice to Prime business stakeholders
- Review and approve financial promotions
- Provide compliance input into product platform and change initiatives
- Advise on client categorization onboarding and conduct requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into business guidance
- Build relationships with business stakeholders
- Undertake horizon scanning thematic reviews and regulatory projects
- Maintain records of advice approvals and project sign-offs
- Coach stakeholders on compliance practices
