Manage BitOK’s online community across social media, forums, and communication channels while supporting user adoption, engagement, and brand awareness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or marketing.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Russian.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management and community engagement tools.
- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and design is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategies to engage and grow the online community.
- Manage and moderate Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, VK, Discord, and other social media channels.
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints.
- Develop community engagement programs to increase retention and acquisition.
- Build relationships with cryptocurrency influencers.
- Identify trends and insights in the crypto community.
- Collaborate on social media campaigns and events.
- Monitor and report on community engagement and user feedback.
