About the Role
You will manage online community forums, answer and escalate trader questions, and nurture power users. You will run meetups, hackathons, AMAs, workshops, and competitions; create educational content and useful documentation; collect product feedback; track community metrics; and share developments in algorithmic trading tooling.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of community management, developer relations, growth, content, or trader-facing experience
- Understanding of algorithmic trading, backtesting, slippage, and webhooks
- Awareness of algorithmic-trading tools and communities in India and globally
- Strong written communication
- Comfort with API documentation, sample code, and explaining strategies
- Willingness to travel for events
Responsibilities
- Manage online community forums, including structure, moderation, engagement, and rituals
- Answer trader questions, unblock users, and escalate bugs
- Identify and nurture power users and strategy builders
- Run ambassador and early-access programs
- Plan and execute meetups, hackathons, strategy competitions, AMAs, workshops, and guest sessions
- Create guides, API tutorials, strategy walkthroughs, and backtesting explainers
- Maintain useful documentation, sample code, and cookbooks
- Capture community pain points and provide prioritised product feedback
- Track algorithmic-trading developments and share them with users and the product roadmap
- Define and track community metrics
