About the Role

You will own construction cost management and project controls across complex data center builds. You will ensure contract compliance, manage the full purchase order lifecycle, review invoices against contracts and changes, resolve discrepancies, maintain audit-ready cost records, and coordinate with construction, project controls, finance, and vendor stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in project controls and construction cost management
  • Experience with large-scale commercial or hyperscale infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field
  • Experience leading project controls or commercial costs on complex construction projects
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, scope, and cost governance
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experience maintaining audit-ready cost records
  • Ability to collaborate across construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams

Responsibilities

  • Ensure construction contract compliance
  • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from initiation through closeout
  • Track and reconcile purchase orders
  • Validate invoice quantities, rates, scope, contracts, and changes
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payment
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready cost records
  • Partner with construction, project controls, finance, and vendor teams
  • Protect cost integrity and reliable actuals reporting
