About the Role
You will work with staff engineers on substation engineering analysis and design related to system protection and substation infrastructure. You will support the design of substation facilities and relay protection for transmission and distribution equipment, while completing assigned project work that builds engineering experience.
Requirements
- Pursue a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Sophomore status or higher preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word, preferred
Responsibilities
- Support substation engineering analysis and design work
- Facilitate system-protection and substation-infrastructure engineering work
- Support the design of substation facilities and relay protection
- Complete assigned substation project work
- Assist staff engineers with substation projects
