About the Role

You will secure and harden cloud infrastructure, maintain Terraform-based provisioning, perform internal and external security assessments, monitor logging and alerts, and automate scanning using GenAI to reduce false positives. You will maintain incident response runbooks, evaluate new security tooling, and collaborate with engineering and growth teams to drive remediations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field
  • 2+ years in software engineering
  • Design, build, scale, and maintain backend services and infrastructure
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud security
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
  • HMS
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Bias for action and driven to learn
  • Nice to have: experience deploying and hosting blockchain nodes
  • Nice to have: Python scripting

Responsibilities

  • Perform security assessments of cloud infrastructure and Terraform provisioning
  • Ensure logging of all resources and continuously monitor infrastructure
  • Leverage GenAI to automate scanning and reduce false positives
  • Maintain and update incident response runbooks and procedures
  • Identify and evaluate new security technologies and tooling for adoption
  • Identify security gaps and drive remediation and improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering and growth teams to deliver product initiatives
