About the Role
You will monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital. You will collect data, troubleshoot real-world issues, provide accurate feedback to engineers, prioritize customer experience, communicate with hospital staff and the public, and help implement operational processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service and de-escalation skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and significant holidays
- Ability to obtain vendor credentials, including required immunizations, background check, and drug screen
- Must be local to Rochester and willing to work onsite
