About the Role
You will work part-time on-site in a hospital environment, monitoring and safely assisting mobile service robots. You will collect operational data, troubleshoot real-world issues, document detailed feedback for engineers, and communicate with hospital staff and the public about robot operation. You will prioritize customer experience and help resolve unexpected situations during shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service skills, including de-escalation
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability for varying shifts, including nights and weekends
- Willingness to work significant holidays
- Ability to obtain vendor credentials, including required immunizations, a background check, and a drug screen
