About the Role
You will work with consulting firms and mutual clients to resolve operational issues, escalate complex matters, coordinate client deliverables, support requests for proposal, manage service communications, investigate operating events, and improve processes that affect the client experience.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in financial services is preferred.
- BA or BS equivalent.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask across multiple programs.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work independently on routine client projects.
- Interest in financial services and the investment industry.
- Ability to evaluate process inefficiencies implement operational improvements and resolve issues.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of active uniformed service.
- Fewer than 5 years of civilian work experience.
- Bachelor's degree obtained before or after military service.
- Open to U.S. veterans regardless of rank or branch of service.
- Ability to commence employment in late October or early November 2026.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and manage expectations.
- Develop solutions to service challenges.
- Drive client experience agendas and communication requirements.
- Participate in regulatory platform and client-related projects.
- Manage responsibilities related to implementation impacts on client arrangements.
- Deliver invoices reporting price files and other client outputs accurately and on time.
- Address operational requests and communicate completion to relevant partners.
- Identify remediate and investigate the root causes of operating events.
- Develop long-term approaches to mitigate process failures.
