About the Role
The Client Relationship Representative will support the RFED business, execute FX orders for US clients, respond to questions about positions, trades, statements, platforms, and payments, onboard new clients, build customer relationships, input trades, check daily trades, and contribute ideas that improve business functions and processes.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of related industry experience.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
- Interest in economic and market events.
- Strong customer service and client engagement skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to become registered and authorized with the NFA.
- Series 3 preferred; candidates without it must obtain it within six weeks of starting.
- Series 34 preferred; candidates without it must obtain it within an agreed period discussed with the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to deliver results based on business goals.
- Act as a liaison between the team and executives.
- Assist with developing and directing the RFED business.
- Execute FX orders for US clients.
- Help clients with questions about positions, trades, statements, platforms, and payments.
- Listen actively on every client call.
- Reach out proactively to new clients during onboarding and funding.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and enhance the client experience.
- Assist with strategic business ideas.
- Recommend improvements to business functions, processes, and technology.
- Input trades and check the day's trades.
