About the Role
You will manage your own client portfolio and help clients make financial decisions. You will build trusted relationships, contact clients by phone, online, and in person, identify their needs, and recommend suitable financial solutions. You will explain digital banking services, handle cash and routine teller operations, and complete related client-service administration.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Computer skills
- Responsible approach to finance and cash handling
- Customer service, sales, insurance, or banking experience is advantageous
