Drive AI-powered automation and strategic operations for the CEO by eliminating manual workflows, building executive operating systems, managing the investor pipeline, supporting HR infrastructure and org design, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent, with the ability to build and ship independently.
- Ability to design durable systems and frameworks rather than one-off fixes.
- High discretion and trust when handling sensitive investor, board, and people information.
- Experience in a high-growth Series A+ environment, working closely with a CEO and owning cross-functional projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Map and eliminate manual tasks in the CEO's workflow.
- Build and maintain a personal operating system for the CEO covering meeting preparation, decision logging, action tracking, and async updates.
- Audit departments for repetitive workflows and implement company-wide automation using Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent tools.
- Own the investor pipeline, CRM updates, follow-ups, commitments, investor materials, outreach, sequencing, and reporting.
- Partner with HR to design performance reviews and build real-time dashboards and reporting on team performance.
- Support organizational design, role definitions, reporting lines, and onboarding for hiring waves.
- Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and structure strategic projects such as market entry, M&A, partnerships, and operational pivots.
