About the Role
You will own the overall security posture and create a security roadmap and culture. You will advise leadership, engineering, and operations on the security implications of partnerships, programs, and model access arrangements. You will lead incident response, red teaming, penetration testing, and technical and administrative security efforts.
Requirements
- Deep security background with accountability for an organization's security posture or leadership of high-stakes security engagements
- Experience participating in or leading an incident response team
- Threat modeling and red teaming experience
- Ability to defend against insiders and sophisticated adversaries
- Ability to explain complex threat models and policies to executive leadership and researchers
- Commitment to investigating catastrophic risks for AI
