About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle of solid rocket propulsion programs. You will direct cross-functional teams through design reviews and qualification milestones, manage technical scope, cost, schedules, risks, and stakeholder relationships, and ensure systems are producible and compliant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline
- 15 years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of technical leadership in solid rocket motors
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through design reviews and qualification milestones
- Ability to manage program schedules, resources, technical scope, and cost performance
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
