About the Role
You will lead and scale the Data Engineering and Analytics teams, including financial analytics. You will design, build, and maintain the data warehouse architecture, select and implement AI/LLM-driven solutions to optimize data pipelines, and automate analytical processes. You will create end-to-end marketing analytics including attribution and segmentation, expand reporting using Apache Superset, and establish strong data governance and visualization practices. You will evaluate and choose AI/ML tools and define technical approaches for data engineering and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and managing robust data warehouse architectures
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers and analysts
- Deep understanding of ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices
- Understanding of marketing technology and experience automating analytics for growth
- Practical interest and vision for applying AI and LLMs to analytical and operational workflows
- Experience in or strong passion for the Crypto/FinTech industry
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Data Engineering and Analytics units including financial analytics
- Oversee data warehouse architecture, scaling, and maintenance
- Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize data engineering pipelines and automate analytics
- Build end-to-end marketing analytics and automate attribution and segmentation
- Expand reporting ecosystem using Apache Superset
- Establish and maintain high standards for data governance
