About the Role

You will lead Central Development Specialists who schedule and execute development testing across an extended-hours operation. You will resolve complex tooling issues, coordinate handoffs and resources, support incident response, document performance feedback, and improve processes, data quality, and development readiness.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of remote assistance, fleet operations, or related high-tempo technical-environment experience
• Experience leading teams through operational or software change
• Communication and judgment skills for time-sensitive decisions
• Ability to learn and teach proprietary software tools
• Experience identifying testing-tool bugs or UI/UX gaps
• Flexibility for unplanned office hours

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Development Specialists supporting development-testing scheduling and execution
• Provide tooling support and act as a subject matter expert on data integrity and testing quality
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex technical and tool-specific issues
• Coordinate daily handoffs, scheduling, planning, and resource escalations across regions and shifts
• Deliver performance feedback through regular one-to-one meetings
• Drive process-improvement projects that improve development readiness and efficiency
• Identify tooling friction and software edge cases that could create operational risks
• Support incident response and urgent scheduling adjustments
