About the Role
You will execute KYC and customer due-diligence procedures, review documentation, and assess financial-crime risks. You will guide merchants through reviews, maintain customer information, improve workflows, advise colleagues, and coordinate with North American and global risk-review teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, or KYC
- Knowledge of AML/CTF, CDD, EDD, and payments-risk concepts
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Operational problem-solving skills
- Cross-functional project experience
- Willingness to travel 10% of the year
- Authorization to work in the United States without new visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Execute KYC and customer due-diligence procedures
- Collect and analyze customer information and document material changes
- Perform KYC checks and verify merchant documentation
- Guide merchants as the first contact for CDD Review matters
- Drive workflow process improvements and automation feedback
- Advise local-office and North America colleagues on CDD Reviews
- Align with Chicago and global teams on consistent risk reviews
