About the Role
Lead the acquiring program, including technical implementation, card scheme documentation analysis, card method development, partner coordination, settlement and reconciliation support, testing, product delivery, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven payments lifecycle experience, including ISO data messaging standards.
- Experience certifying products with card schemes.
- Experience with mandatory card scheme changes.
- Understanding of CID and REDMX domestic rules.
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and other card scheme rules.
- Knowledge of card scheme settlement and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to communicate with card schemes, vendors, partners, and banks.
- Good technical and project management skills.
- Passion for the acquiring and issuing industry.
- Fluent English.
- LATAM market experience preferred.
- Experience implementing acquiring products preferred.
- Portuguese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage acquiring end to end, including technical implementation and card scheme documentation analysis.
- Support payments acceptance reviews, escalations, and existing solution operations.
- Analyze card scheme documentation, mandates, settlement, reconciliation, and invoices.
- Develop manuals, instructions, business requirements, and technical requirements.
- Execute test plans for new products and coordinate delivery with go-to-market teams.
- Build relationships with Prosa, Mastercard, Visa, Elo, partners, vendors, banks, and internal teams.
- Provide operational support, product delivery, quality management, and roadmap risk awareness.
- Drive post-launch reviews and internal process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory card scheme and regulatory changes.
