You will lead infrastructure financing workstreams from structuring through close. You will engage counterparties, negotiate terms, build financial models, create transaction frameworks, coordinate internal stakeholders, assess risk allocation, and prepare clear financing recommendations for finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own financing workstreams from structuring through execution support
• Translate infrastructure requirements into investable frameworks and financing materials
• Build and maintain financial models for transaction structuring and capital allocation
• Develop internal frameworks and processes for financing transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with financing and capital-markets counterparties
• Partner with compute, treasury, legal, and leadership teams on transaction terms
• Support corporate-finance and capital-markets analysis
• Represent the organization in negotiations with external counterparties
• Prepare financing analysis and recommendations for finance leadership
