About the Role
You will complete an intensive 10-week quant trading internship focused on developing your trading aptitude and understanding of financial markets. You will train in quantitative trading, research, and development, with an emphasis on trading and market mechanics. You will work on meaningful projects with trading teams, receive daily one-on-one mentorship, participate in mock trading sessions and poker training, and build probabilistic thinking, risk-taking, and trader mindset skills.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Demonstrate outstanding probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning
- Have programming experience
- Demonstrate interest in financial markets
- Have a competitive spirit and drive to learn and improve
- Be willing to take risks
- Have reliable and predictable availability
Responsibilities
