About the Role
You will monitor portfolio company performance, fund liquidity, cash movements, and exit forecasts. You will lead portfolio valuations, contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting, and present analyses to management. You will also improve controlling processes, data quality, and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial, business, or cost controlling
- Advanced Excel and BI skills
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment
- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Act as a sparring partner on strategic business-controlling matters
- Monitor portfolio company performance, fund liquidity planning, and cash movements
- Lead portfolio company valuation work
- Track and monitor exit forecasts
- Contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and internal reporting
- Streamline team structures and processes
- Provide consolidated, analytically rigorous, commercially focused analysis
- Drive data-quality and digitalization initiatives
- Run and present analyses for the Business Line Management Group
