About the Role
You will support ongoing legal matters through case-law and regulatory research. You will analyze tenders, help draft contracts and legal templates, prepare legal notes, contribute to operational training, and write the legal department's monthly newsletter.
Requirements
- Master's degree studies in business law or contract law
- English proficiency
- Knowledge of contract drafting
- Knowledge of business law
- Knowledge of intellectual property
- Legal and documentary research methods
- Strong legal writing
- Analytical skills
- A prior internship at a law firm or company is valued
- CRFPA admission is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct case-law and regulatory research for ongoing matters
- Analyze tenders
- Help draft confidentiality, purchasing, sales, licensing, partnership, collaboration, and CIFRE agreements
- Draft legal templates and notes
- Contribute to training for operational staff
- Write the legal department's monthly newsletter
