About Symbiotic
Symbiotic operates collateral-market infrastructure for onchain finance. Symbiotic Core coordinates how collateral is committed, allocated, and enforced through programmable vaults, delegators, and adapters. Capital providers can deposit assets into curated strategies, while financial applications access shared collateral for enforceable obligations. Its applications include Liquid Lane for RFQ-based, atomic liquidity and redemptions of tokenized assets, as well as infrastructure for credit guarantees and insurance underwriting.

About the Role
You will own visual output across brand, campaigns, web, social, and launches from concept through delivery. You will translate complex financial infrastructure into clear visual work, maintain a consistent visual system, create event and content collateral, optimize designs for Web3 platforms, and produce motion and 3D work for product explainers, launch films, and conferences.
Requirements
- Strength in one or two areas including brand, motion, or 3D
- Competence across other design areas
- Experience scoping, sequencing, and driving projects independently
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work with real range
- Crypto or fintech experience is nice to have
- Early-stage in-house experience is nice to have
- 3D or motion expertise is nice to have
