About the Role
You will sit at the intersection of Anti-Financial Crime, Customer Success, and Business Operations, helping keep the platform secure, compliant, and running smoothly while learning how a regulated Bitcoin provider really works. You will take on real responsibility early, work cross-functionally with Ops, Product, and Support teams, and gain deep insight into the regulated Bitcoin world.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Attention to detail, organizational talent and a get-things-done mentality
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin, startups and operational processes
- Confident use of tools like Slack, Notion or Jira
- Prior experience in a startup, consulting or finance industry is a plus
- Understanding of compliance or AFC topics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process AFC cases precisely and quickly
- Identify suspicious transaction patterns
- Assist with KYC checks and regulatory compliance
- Support transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting
- Work with modern compliance tools to minimize risk
- Collaborate across teams including Ops, Product, and Support
- Improve the customer experience across processes
- Analyze and optimize AI-supported workflows
- Provide data-based analyses as a basis for decisions
- Onboard and offboard affiliate partners
- Continuously optimize systems and workflows
