About the Role
You will design and maintain GPU-cloud pricing models, analyze metered usage, and reconcile billing statements with payment records. You will administer fault credits, document controls and policies, review launches for billing readiness, and partner with engineering, finance, and product to resolve billing risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of billing, revenue operations, or financial analysis experience for a usage-based product
- Experience designing pricing models and reconciling billing for complex SKU matrices
- SQL or spreadsheet analysis experience with large usage-event datasets
- Experience administering credits, adjustments, or SLA remediation
- Experience collaborating with engineering on metering requirements
- Knowledge of cloud or Kubernetes usage measurement
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain pricing models across GPU SKUs, regions, commitment tiers, and pricing types
- Analyze metering data and define requirements for accurate tenant and SKU attribution
- Reconcile metered usage, billing statements, and payment records
- Investigate recurring billing discrepancies with engineering
- Administer GPU-fault credits and maintain auditable credit policies
- Review product and pricing launches for billing readiness
- Build documented month-end, invoice-review, and credit-issuance processes
