About the Role

You will lead the company's business intelligence team as its core leader, formulating and implementing the BI strategy and roadmap. You will build and optimize the BI system, integrating data from digital currency trading, payment services, user behavior, risk control, and compliance to provide accurate, timely, and actionable data insights for senior management, business departments, and compliance teams. You will manage and develop the BI team, conduct in-depth data analysis, develop core dashboards and reports, collaborate cross-departmentally with business, risk, compliance and technical teams, and support risk control and regulatory compliance efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of BI-related work experience, including 3+ years of senior BI team management experience
• Preferred experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or blockchain industries
• Deep understanding of digital currency trading, payment business, and related data logic
• Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis methods
• Familiar with data warehouse construction, ETL processes, and data quality management
• Understanding of global regulatory requirements such as FATF and MiCA related to digital assets and payment
• Proficient in SQL, familiarity with Python/R preferred
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong cross-departmental coordination and resource integration capabilities
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related fields
• Relevant professional certifications such as CBIP or Data Analyst Professional preferred

Responsibilities

• Formulate the company's long-term and short-term BI strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan
• Lead the construction, optimization, and iteration of the BI system including data modeling, integration, visualization, and report development
• Establish and improve BI work standards, data quality management systems, and report release mechanisms
• Track BI technologies and industry trends and introduce advanced BI tools and methods
• Build, manage, and develop the BI team, formulate team OKRs, performance standards, and training plans
• Arrange daily work assignments, supervise progress, and solve work difficulties for the team
• Guide team members' professional growth and organize technical training
• Manage team performance and conduct regular performance reviews
• Lead in-depth data analysis on trading volume, user activity, payment data, risk indicators, and compliance data
• Provide data-driven insights for senior management including growth analysis, user portraits, risk early warning, and compliance monitoring
• Develop and optimize core BI reports and dashboards for trading, users, risk control, and compliance
• Track key business indicators, analyze deviations, and propose improvement suggestions
• Communicate with business, risk control, compliance, and technical departments to understand data needs
• Coordinate internal resources to promote BI project implementation
• Feed back data problems and optimization suggestions to data warehouse and R&D teams
• Cooperate with the compliance team to ensure BI data and reports comply with global regulatory requirements
• Build data models for risk control and compliance including transaction monitoring and user risk rating
• Provide real-time data support for identifying and mitigating risks such as money laundering and fraud
• Assist the compliance team with data statistics and regulatory compliance reporting
