About the Role
Lead business performance analysis across cross-border payments, wallets, trading, and infrastructure services while serving as a strategic data partner to product and business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet or cross-border products.
- Strong understanding of cross-border product models.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus.
- Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive decision-making.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead business performance analysis across products such as cross-border payments, wallets, trading, or infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports to support business reviews and strategic planning.
- Track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, market activity, and product usage.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space to identify trends and innovation opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic partner, helping product and business teams validate ideas with data and recommend initiatives based on performance metrics.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Clearly communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders in fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
