About the Role
You will design and develop a service-oriented, decoupled web application that exposes machine learning models to scientific users. You will architect data storage and representation for protein sequences, metadata, and model predictions, design model APIs, and collaborate with biologists and machine learning experts.
Requirements
- Experience developing backend systems in a modern cloud environment.
- Knowledge of Python and its ecosystem.
- Familiarity with database system architecture and data warehouses.
