About the Role
You will build durable agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, context and memory systems, evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, backend services, data pipelines, and integrations. You will work with go-to-market teams to turn workflow needs into production systems and improve agent capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience in applied AI or user-facing systems
- Knowledge of sales technology or enterprise knowledge-work automation
- Knowledge of coding models and developer tools
- Experience working with end users and building zero-to-one products
Responsibilities
- Build and scale agent runtimes, agent loops, and workflow orchestration
- Design agent context and memory systems with access boundaries
- Develop evaluation frameworks, production feedback loops, and observability
- Partner with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations
- Build backend services, data pipelines, and integrations
- Collaborate with Product and Research teams to improve agent capabilities
