About the Role
Build and scale Skeps's platform architecture using Node.js, Express.js, Ethereum blockchain, and Solidity. The role covers platform security, infrastructure scaling, API design, settlement optimization, and deployment and maintenance processes.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of work experience.
- Have experience building production systems for a startup or organization.
- Have strong knowledge of Node.js and its internals.
- Have knowledge of Ethereum blockchain.
- Work with RESTful web services and APIs using Express.js.
- Work with Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Have knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Share GitHub, Bitbucket, or product URLs.
- Work in an agile startup environment and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Build platform architecture using Node.js, Express.js, Ethereum blockchain, and Solidity.
- Assess platform-architecture security risks and implement suitable changes.
- Scale infrastructure to meet increasing demand.
- Understand blockchain architecture and exposed API design.
- Develop optimization algorithms for faster settlement and reduced technical and financial risk.
- Set up processes for deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure.
