About the Role
You will design and implement high-capacity, fault-tolerant, scalable systems. You will build and develop core infrastructure components, implement security best practices and test automation, analyze and improve existing backend code and processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the backend to create a smoother user experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience
- Experience with Object Oriented Design
- Experience with PostgreSQL and non-relational databases such as Redis and DynamoDB
- Experience with message queue systems such as Kafka
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Practical knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Proficient written and spoken English
