Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience delivering high-quality backend solutions
- Hands-on experience with scalable highly available high-load systems
- Proficiency in a backend programming language and willingness to learn new languages
- Strong analytical skills

- Deep understanding of technology and system design
- Ability to handle multiple projects tasks and people in a fast-paced environment
