About the Role
You will build and scale B2B demand generation in Switzerland, creating integrated campaigns across priority industries from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement. You will localize global programs, use buyer and market insights to improve messaging, partner with sales and marketing functions, and own pipeline generation and campaign performance through data and experimentation.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience building and scaling B2B demand generation programs that create measurable enterprise pipeline
- Experience implementing growth and marketing projects from start to finish
- Accountability for marketing return on investment
- Deep knowledge of the Swiss market, enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture
- Ability to work across multiple marketing functions with limited process
- Curiosity about AI and close knowledge of the technology ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Swiss priority industries
- Localize and execute account-based marketing, content, events, webinars, partner marketing, customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound programs
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Swiss market
- Feed buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, and regulatory insights back to the global team
- Partner with local sales and global product marketing, growth, and design teams
- Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market
- Measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve campaigns
