About the Role
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI and agentic AI applications for investment advisory. You will build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and AI-agent workflows; develop machine learning solutions; implement enterprise AI solutions; maintain governance; monitor model performance; and mentor colleagues in data science practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- At least 7 years of data science and advanced analytics experience in financial services, fintech, or wealth management
- Experience building and deploying generative AI, LLM, or agentic AI applications in production
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and cloud computing platforms
- GCP experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of machine learning, NLP, deep learning, and statistical modeling
- Experience with enterprise BI tools; Qlik Sense is a plus
- Knowledge of consumer investment products and advisory sales workflows
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI and agentic AI applications
- Support execution of the analytics roadmap and data science capability shift
- Translate business challenges into data deliverables with product and advisory sales leaders
- Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and autonomous AI-agent workflows
- Develop machine learning solutions for customer targeting, cross-selling, and portfolio growth
- Implement and scale enterprise AI solutions with regional teams
- Ensure AI models, workflows, and data pipelines comply with governance and risk frameworks
- Establish evaluation frameworks and monitoring metrics for model performance, safety, guardrails, and commercial impact
- Champion MLOps, modular coding, and version control practices
- Mentor team members in machine learning and AI modeling
