About the Role

Own the technology powering Crusoe’s audio-visual experiences across its offices. Define enterprise AV standards, program and configure Crestron systems, design room automation, lead AV build-outs for new sites, manage vendors, implement remote supportability, troubleshoot incidents, and evaluate AV technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on AV engineering, integration, or systems design experience
  • Crestron programming experience, with NVX, DM, and control processor configuration
  • Knowledge of room automation and control platforms
  • Experience leading AV planning and build-outs for new office or site expansions
  • Experience managing external AV vendors and integrators
  • Working knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, QoS, and multicast
  • Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or Google Meet hardware
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Own and document enterprise-wide AV standards
  • Program and configure Crestron room systems
  • Design and support room automation systems
  • Lead conference room and collaboration space build-outs
  • Manage low-voltage contractors and AV integration vendors
  • Implement remotely supportable AV systems
  • Troubleshoot AV incidents and document root causes
  • Evaluate AV technologies and vendors
