About the Role
Own the technology powering Crusoe’s audio-visual experiences across its offices. Define enterprise AV standards, program and configure Crestron systems, design room automation, lead AV build-outs for new sites, manage vendors, implement remote supportability, troubleshoot incidents, and evaluate AV technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on AV engineering, integration, or systems design experience
- Crestron programming experience, with NVX, DM, and control processor configuration
- Knowledge of room automation and control platforms
- Experience leading AV planning and build-outs for new office or site expansions
- Experience managing external AV vendors and integrators
- Working knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, QoS, and multicast
- Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or Google Meet hardware
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check
