About the Role
You deliver products and services to internal and external customers while following service standards and risk controls. You perform clerical and maker or checker functions, handle documents and system processing, answer enquiries, participate in projects, resolve exceptions, escalate issues, suggest improvements, and achieve performance targets.
Requirements
- Strong risk and fraud control awareness
- Good PC skills
- A Level or above
- Degree or related Diploma preferred
