About the Role
You will analyze, model, and monitor secondary investment opportunities across private markets. You will build valuation and cash flow models, develop investment theses, conduct risk analyses and research, participate in due diligence calls, support transaction execution and documentation, and maintain deal and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Graduated from a top-tier undergraduate university
- 2–3 years of work experience in private equity or investment banking
- Mergers and acquisitions and LBO transaction experience preferred
- Strong analytical, modeling, organizational, and writing skills
- Professional presence and relationship and communication skills
- Ability to work independently within a team context
Responsibilities
- Perform quantitative analysis, including LBO, fund, and transaction modeling
- Conduct market and company research
- Participate in due diligence calls with general partners, management, and sellers
- Assist with deal selection, pricing analysis, and transaction execution
- Assist with transaction documentation and investment committee presentations
- Develop and maintain proprietary deal and market intelligence
- Perform deal monitoring analysis
- Support strategic team and firm initiatives
