About the Role

You will evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. You will manage the product lifecycle from conception through release, develop and maintain a product roadmap, measure product success, and work with design, engineering, operations, and leads to deliver features and improve product outcomes.

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience building, scaling, and delivering financial systems.
  • Communicate directly with customers regularly.
  • Prioritize work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Use data and user-experience insights to inform product direction.
  • Deliver projects on time, to scope, and with high quality.
  • Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders and customers.
  • Understand technology and business needs.
  • Have development experience in a FinTech or B2B product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product lifecycle from conception to final release.
  • Synthesize feedback, data, and company goals into a clear product roadmap.
  • Define, measure, and share critical product-success metrics.
  • Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features.
  • Ensure reliability, quality, usability, and measurement throughout product development, review, and adoption.
  • Track product usage and business impact and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Partner with leads on feature priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.
